BREAKING: Isack Hadjar Ruled Out of Dutch GP, Liam Lawson Called Up by Red Bull Racing

Red Bull Racing has been forced to make a change to its driver lineup ahead of the Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix after Isack Hadjar was confirmed unable to compete during this weekend’s race.

The French driver suffered a wrist injury during the Formula 1 summer shutdown period. As a result, Hadjar must focus on his recovery process and has not yet received medical clearance to return to the cockpit of a Formula 1 car.

To fill the seat alongside Max Verstappen at the Zandvoort Circuit, Red Bull Racing quickly promoted their reserve driver, Liam Lawson. The New Zealander will return to the RB22 for the Dutch GP with the main Red Bull Racing team.

This change also affects the lineup at Red Bull’s sister team, Visa Cash App RB (Racing Bulls). Yuki Tsunoda has been given the opportunity to return to the Formula 1 grid, taking over Lawson’s seat.

Tsunoda will join Arvid Lindblad to strengthen Racing Bulls throughout the Dutch Grand Prix weekend.

Red Bull Racing confirmed that the main priority for Isack Hadjar is to complete his recovery process and return in the best possible condition for the upcoming Formula 1 rounds.

Hadjar’s absence is a setback for the young driver, especially after showing promising performances throughout the season. However, allowing him time to recover is considered the best decision to protect his physical condition.

Meanwhile, Liam Lawson’s return to the Red Bull Racing seat becomes a major opportunity for the young driver to prove his ability at the highest level of Formula 1.

All eyes will now be on how Lawson handles the challenge of driving the RB22 at one of the most technical circuits on the F1 calendar, while fans hope Isack Hadjar can recover quickly and return to the track.

What do you think? Can Liam Lawson take advantage of this opportunity and prove himself with Red Bull Racing?
