Isack Hadjar Ready to Return to Racing at the Azerbaijan GP After Recovering from Injury

Isack Hadjar has been confirmed ready to return behind the wheel of Red Bull Racing at the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, which will take place at the Baku street circuit this week.

Hadjar’s return is one of the most anticipated developments after the driver was forced to sit out several races due to a wrist injury. The young driver last competed at the Hungarian GP in July, just before Formula 1 entered its summer break.

The injury forced Hadjar to miss three consecutive races: the Dutch GP, Italian GP, and Spanish GP. His absence was a significant loss for Red Bull, particularly as those races took place amid increasingly intense competition at the top of the standings.

After undergoing rehabilitation and being given sufficient time to regain the condition required for racing, Hadjar has now been declared ready to compete again.

The Azerbaijan GP will be Hadjar’s first test after spending a considerable amount of time away from the Formula 1 racing environment. The Baku circuit itself is far from easy. Its layout combines narrow, technical street sections with an extremely long straight, demanding a blend of precision, courage, and speed.

For Hadjar, the weekend in Baku is not merely an opportunity to score points again. It is also a chance to prove that his wrist injury is no longer an obstacle as he tackles one of the most challenging circuits on the Formula 1 calendar.

With Hadjar’s return, attention will now focus on how he performs after completing his recovery. How quickly he can regain his racing rhythm will be one of the most compelling storylines to follow throughout the Azerbaijan GP weekend.
